Vetsense Gastrosyl for Horses and Dogs - 200ml

etsense Gastrosyl is an aid for gastroenteritis and diarrhoea in horses and dogs that quickly helps relieve most digestive disturbances caused by dietary or stress factors. By addressing several symptoms and underlying issues, Gastrosyl helps in several ways:

• Reduces Inflammation: Salicylate is a fast acting anti-inflammatory that provides pain relief and ease discomfort.
• First-line Treatment: A non-antibiotic treatment option that will not disrupt the gut microbiome. Can also be used alongside antibiotics if indicated.
• Protects the Gut: Bismuth lines and protects the mucosal surfaces, reducing irritation and allowing the gut to heal.
• Treats Diarrhoea: Gastrosyl can help reduce diarrhoea and firm up stools.
• Absorbs Toxins: Gastrosyl helps absorb harmful substances in the gut, which can reduce diarrhoea caused by toxins.

17.5 mg/mL BISMUTH SALICYLATE

Dosage and Administration:
Administer orally.
Horses: 0.5 – 1.0 mL per Kg.
Dogs: 0.25 – 0.5 mL per Kg.
Repeat dose every 6 hours for 36 hours and then at 12-hour intervals for a period of 2 to 3 days.

General Directions:
The regulations of the relevant authorities regarding medication should be observed if used in performance animals.

STORAGE:
Store below 30°C (Room Temperature). Protect from light. Replace lid tightly after use.

Precautions:
Use with caution in pregnant animals as the safety in pregnant animals has not been established.
