I use vervain as a calming supplement mixed with Passion Flower for my horse. He is a Standardbred, ex-trotter, and a bit hot. With the correct dosage, this supplement helps take the edge off and allow him to be a bit more controllable, while still leaving all his personality.
Be aware that you cannot use this supplement if competing.
