How to Measure:
Chest Measurement: To measure your chest, measure around the shoulderblades and over the fullest part of the chest / bust.
Sleeve: To measure your sleeve, bend your arm 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape measure at the centre of the back of your neck and measure accros your shoulder to your elbow and then down to your wrist.
Waist: To measure your waist, find your natural waist measure.
Hips: To measure your hips, measure around the fullest part of the hip / bottom.
